Terms of purchase
För ångerrätt och öppet köp gäller olika regler beroende på vad du köpt. Fysiska produkter (ej biljetter/sovplats)har en ångerrätt på 14 dagar från köpet enligt distansköpslagen. Däremot om produkterna (exempelvis vattenflaska eller t-shirt) levereras av arrangören på plats på evenemanget gäller vanligtvis att de inte kan returneras efter det att de hämtats ut. För matbeställning finns det heller ingen ångerrätt.
