About personal data

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Directive (GPDR) (Dataskyddsförordningen).
What data do we save?

We collect your name, email address, phone number, age (but not date of birth) and gender (optional) on registration.

Other than those we only collect data that we need to store information on your active choices and interaction while logged in. For instance, which events you register for or interact with, pre orders, ticket choices, request to organize events or work at the convention and similar information.
Processing

Your contact information is collected so that we can contact you with information or questions regarding the convention, your registrations, and events before and during the convention.

We may also send information about upcoming events organized by us.

All collected ata may be used to generate statistics in different forms. This statistics will never contain any personal data, only aggregated data and will be used for instance while applying for financial support.
Access to personal data

Your information will be accessible by parts of the convention main staff

Other than the convention main staff, external organizers of events that you choose to pre-register for will be given your name and email address to be able to send out information about that event.

If you choose to help the convention as a volunteer, the people who are work leaders for sessions you volunteer at during the convention may be given your contact information so they can contact you.
External partners

Card payments are handled by external payment processors. For information about their handling of personal information and GDPR compliance, see their individual webpages before conducting payments.
