Welcome to the Train Games Room!

Here we play everything from the popular Ticket-To-Ride to the deeply strategic 18XX games. In the 18XX games, you take on the role of an investor during the golden age of railroads in the 1800s. It’s not just about founding and building your own railway companies; you’ll also need to invest wisely by buying and selling shares in each other’s companies. The game revolves around making strategic decisions on when to expand your network, purchase new trains, and influence the stock market to maximize your profits—all while competing with other players for control of the most lucrative routes.

If you’re curious about 18XX but haven’t tried it before, you’re more than welcome to give it a go! We offer an introductory round lasting two hours, where we’ll help you with the rules and make sure you have someone to play with. After two hours, you can choose to continue playing or wrap up.

Feel free to drop by at any time, whether alone or as part of a group. We aim to start a new game at the top of each hour until 8:00 p.m. Dive into the world of railroads and put your strategic skills to the test!
